📦 SHIPPING

All purchases ship FREE with USPS Priority or First-Class Mail. Orders ship within 2 days of purchase. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information.

RETURNS

If there is any issue with your order please reach out within 72 hours of receiving your shipment for us for us to make it right. We replace any items that are received damaged in shipment. Your order will be packed securely in a jewelry box & then in a bubble mailer but sometimes things just happen. If you have an issue, please email shopRosebrook@gmail.com with your order number and the style you need help with.

Items may be returned within 5 days of receipt in its original condition for STORE CREDIT.
We DO NOT provide return shipping for returns/exchanges.
