All purchases ship FREE with USPS Priority or First-Class Mail. Orders ship within 2 days of purchase. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information. Â
RETURNSÂ
If there is any issue with your order please reach out within 72 hours of receiving your shipment for us for us to make it right. Â We replace any items that are received damaged in shipment. Â Your order will be packed securely in a jewelry box & then in a bubble mailer but sometimes things just happen. If you have an issue, please email shopRosebrook@gmail.com with your order number and the style you need help with.Â
Items may be returned within 5 days of receipt in its original condition for STORE CREDIT. Â
